Montage/ Assembly/ Installation Visa

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR MONTAGE/ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION VISA APPLICATION FOR MUMBAI

 

(Jurisdiction areas of the Consulate General in Mumbai/Visa application centers: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum, Pondicherry and Goa) 

1.Original Passport

-Passport must be valid for at least 6 months as from the date of arrival in Turkey.

-Passport should have at least 2 blank pages available.

-1 photocopy of passport’s first and last page.

-For passports which were not issued in the jurisdiction areas of the Consulate General in Mumbai, local address proof must be submitted. (Only registered leave and license agreement copy, or registered agreement copy)

2.Visa Application Form

-Application Form should be filled manually by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed and signed by the applicant.

3.Biometric Photographs

-2 biometric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months covering the full-face including ears and hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5 inch x 2.5 inch size.

4.Round trip flight ticket or confirmed reservation

5.Travel Health Insurance 

It should fulfill the below requirements:

-Medical evacuation and repatriation expenses
-Personal accidental death
-Personal liability
-Daily allowance in hospitalization cases

 
This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000.
The travel insurance should cover the duration of stay in Turkey. 

6.Invitation letter from Turkey (with tax no, letterhead, signature, seal/stamp)

 

  1. Employment Documenation & financial means (as applicable)

 

-Cover letter by employer mentioning the purpose and duration of stay, accompanying persons if any, etc. with expenses/guarantee clause.

-Company registration documents (Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant)

-GST (for employer)

-Contract/agreement copy between Turkish and Indian company mentioning the duration, name/passport no. of applicant.

-Registration letter from relevant Chamber of Commerce

-Notarized copy of bill of lading of product sold to Turkish company

-Proforma invoice of machinery purchased/sold

-Last 3 months’ salary slips with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp
-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

-Last 3 months’ company bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

8.Original authorization letter

-It is required from the applicant and travel agent in case application is submitted by a representative or travel agent.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.All submitted documents must be current and complete (in English). The incomplete documents submitted for the visa application may cause the application to be rejected. The Consulate General has the right to request additional documents when it deems necessary.  Presenting of the above documents does not guarantee that the visa will be granted. The Consulate General reserves the right to refuse application without any explanation. There is no refund possibility in any circumstances. All forms and documents must be prepared and presented separately for each person (including family members or any group). The information provided here is a general guideline.

2.In principle, visa applications should be made:

-Minimum 10 working days prior to the date of departure (Mumbai)

-Minimum 12 working days prior to the date of departure (Other visa application centers under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Mumbai)

Announcement on visa applications:

We encourage everyone considering travel to Turkey to apply for visa as early as possible. Early visa applications are important as the processing time may vary depending on the number of applications. Visa applications are processed as efficiently as possible, however high demand for visas can lead to a longer processing time. It is advised to wait until the applicants receive their visas inorder to book their hotel and flights.

Holders of Turkish visa are kindly requested to check their visa including the “duration of stay”, “period of validity” and “number of entries” before their travel to Turkey. Holders of Turkish visa will not be allowed to enter Turkey before the start of the “validity period” of their visas.

The information printed on issued visas should match the information in the applicant’s passports. You should check your visa carefully, and if you discover an error (misspelling, error in passport no. or name-surname etc.) on your visa, please email or call us.

 

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR MONTAGE/ ASSEMBLY/ INSTALLATION VISA APPLICATION FOR HYDERABAD

  1. 1.Visa Application Form: Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed to it, signed by the applicant
  2. Original Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkey and should have at least 2 full blank pages available in it. Note: Previous passport needs to be submitted if current passport is issued after 2015.
  3. Biometric Photographs: 2 pictures with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, covering the full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size.
  4. Hotel reservation: Details of applicant’s name, check -in &check -out dates for entire travel stay in Turkey.
  5. Flight Reservations
  6. Travel Insurance is mandatory requirement which should fulfil requirements:

-Medical Evacuation and repatriation expenses
- Personal accidental death
- Personal liability
- Daily allowance in hospitalization cases.

7.Company Covering Letter with entire travel plan(itinerary)

      8.Invitation Letter from the Business Partner in Turkey in English or Turkish

Note: Hard copy to be attached along with the documents Soft copy of the invitation must be sent to consulate.hyderabad@mfa.gov.tr directly from Turkey.

      9.Copy of the contract between India & Turkish Company – in English

      10.Invoice Copy (Machine)

      11-Bill of lading (Consignment Copy of the machine)

11.Original Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce (or) Certificate of Incorporation of the company (if Self Employed)

12.Proof of financial status:

-If employed:
- Pay slips of last three months (with Co. seal) / employment contract
- Personal bank statement of last 3 months with Original Bank Seal and with sufficient funds (1 Lac and above)

-Income Tax Return (ITR3)
If Self-employed:
- Company bank statement of last 3 months with Original Bank Seal and with sufficient funds (1 Lac and above)
- Income Tax Return (ITR4)

13.1 Copies of Passport: Applicants should copy first and last pages of valid passport (A4 size copy).

14.Original Authorization Letter: Required from the applicant and travel agent in case application is submitted by a Representative or Travel Agent

15.Proof of civil status: Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card if applicable

16.Accomodation details: where will the applicant stay (with friend or hostel or hotel)

NOTE: All submitted documents must be current and complete. All the documents must be in English Language. The incomplete documents submitted for the visa application in Turkey may cause the application to be rejected. Consulate General of Turkey in Hyderabad has the right to request additional documents when it deems necessary. Presenting of the above documents does not guarantee that the visa will be granted. The Consulate General of Hyderabad reserves the right to refuse application without any explanation. There is no refund possibility in any circumstances.
