What is "Sticker Visa"?
A Turkey visa affixed on the passport, by means of which you can travel via aircrafts and land vehicles, for which you can apply at Turkey Visa Application Centers, with long-term and multi-entry if approved by Consulate/Embassy.

Can an application be made with missing documentation
In the event of applying with missing documentation: the applicant may apply if they sign a letter of statement declaring they are applying with missing documentation. However, as a preliminary visa application center, we would like to inform you that applying with missing documentation may have a negative impact on the decision made for your visa approval.

In order to make a visa application, how long does my passport be valid for?
In order to be able to make an application, your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months starting from your date of travel. We recommend for you to re-new your passport if less valid time has remained.

How much payment do I need to make to Turkey Preliminary Visa Application Center?
Iraqi citizens are exempt from Visa Fees, however non-Iraqi applicants visa fees shall differ in conjunction with the number of times they have entered the country. (Turkey.)
Our Preliminary Turkey Visa Application center shall charge a service fee of 60 USD additionally to the applicants visa fee, the total service fee amount may show a difference according to type of travel health insurance and additional services that may be sustained in our offices.

How can minors (Under the age of 18) apply for a visa?
Our applicants who are under the age of 18 must apply with their mother and father. Both parents must be present during the application, in the event of death of one parent or in the event custody of the child given to one parent legal documentation must be presented.

What does visa with a special permit mean?
Certain applicants need a special permit. Individuals who are forbidden entry into Turkey, applicants of certain foreigners, persons who want to apply for a residency permit from Turkey etc. These types of applications are requested for a special permit and after applications are made, approval from Ankara shall be granted. We would like to remind you that these types of applications usually take from 15 days up to 1 month to be processed. You may contact our call center for further clarification and information.

If my application requires a special permit, which procedures shall I follow?
We recommend that applicants who are required a special permit to provide detailed and strong documentation. After applying for a visa through our preliminary application center you will be invited for an interview at the Consulate or Embassy. Your application will be sent electronically to Ankara. According to the decision the representatives makes in Ankara, your visa result will be declared to you during your interview at the consulate.

How long does it take for my visa application to be processed?
The processing time of your application shall differ according to the volume of work the Embassy/Consulate has during that time period. Occasionally the processing times could be delayed, hence it is advisable for the applicant to apply 90 days prior to their travel date.

Will there be an interview after my visa application?
After the Embassy/Consulate reviews your application file, they may decide for an interview. In the event of a interview request, the date and time of the interview shall be informed directly to the applicant via our staff in our preliminary application center.

Do I need to obtain a Turkish Visa if I want to go to Northern Cyprus?
Iraqi nationals are exempt from obtaining for a visa for Northern Cyprus. However, if they will travel from Turkey a visa is requested.

What kind of procedure shall I follow if I am forbidden from entering Turkey?
We recommend that applicants who are required a special permit to provide detailed and strong documentation. I am a non-Iraqi resident, residing in Iraq. How much is the visa fee, where and how can I pay the amount?
A single-entry visa is 60 USD, a multiple visa entry is 190 USD. Our preliminary application center cannot accept visa fees for non-Iraqi citizens; hence payments need to be made at the date and time allocated by our agent at the consulate/embassy.

I am going to travel to another country through Turkey. Do I need a Turkish Visa?
In the event of traveling with aircraft, and not leaving the transit area the applicant does not need to obtain a visa. If there shall be a short stay in Turkey, or the return shall also be done over Turkey, you may need to obtain a transit visa. We recommend you examine our information and documentation section on transit visa or call our call center team for further information.

How can I obtain a Travel Health Insurance?
You may obtain a Travel Health Insurance from all our Turkey Visa Application centers. We kindly would like to remind applicants that Travel Health Insurance obtained from elsewhere shall not be accepted for the visa application.

Can I cancel my application?
After providing a statement declaring request of withdrawal if the Consulate/Embassy approves cancelation may be processed. Applications may take up to a couple of days. We kindly would like to remind applicants that refunds are not processed for cancellations.

How can I track my visa application after I apply?
After the application has been made, the file will be sent to the Embassy/Consulate, and once processed applicant’s passport will return to our preliminary visa application center.
In every stage during the application process, and as soon as the passport reaches Turkey Visa Application center an information text message will be shared with the applicant.

How can I receive my passport?
You may receive your passport from our visa application center alongside your ID and payment receipt that has been provided during your application. If you have applied from our Erbil office and reside in Duhok, you may request for your passport to delivered to our Duhok office at an additional courier cost of 25USD.

Can somebody else apart from me pick up my passport?
Only first-degree relatives may pick up your passport. (For instance, mother, father, siblings or children), they can pick up your passport using the payment invoice that has been given during your application alongside your ID proving your relationship. Apart from this exception no other third party may collect your passport.

I want to travel through the highway, can I enter Turkey with an Electronic Visa?
No, an Electronic visa is a single-entry visa type valid for only 30 days and can only be utilized during travel with aircraft.
