Special Authority (Applications with entry ban or exclusion order)

Required Documentation for individuals with restrictive entry and important information

Certain applications are restricted to exceptions and their application results are decided through Ankara İmmigration Department.

For example, people who want a Turkish Residency, applicants who are restricted from entering to the country are accepted through exceptional rules.

Applicants who are prohibited from entering the Republic of Turkey cannot apply for an electronic visa even though they will travel via aircraft.

People who are identified with a prohibition entry to Turkey must apply to a ‘Special Restrictive Sticker Visa Type.’

However certain conditions must be met for the prohibition to be withdrawn. After the application has been made at the Turkish Visa Application center if the Ambassador or Consulate finds the application acceptable, the application will be sent to Turkish İmmigration Department, if second approval is accepted the visa will be approved. Afterwards, in certain conditions a financial penalty has to be paid during entrance to Turkey is compulsory.
